Thayer's Historic

Bed n' Breakfast

Annandale, Minnesota

If you want to stay at a haunted hotel run by a psychic, Thayer’s Historic Bed n’ Breakfast is the place.

Invite the ghosts to your room and they might just show up.

Old Gus, of Gus and Caroline Thayer, the original owners of the hotel, likes to leave pennies for people.

Find a penny in your room?

Chances are Gus left it for you. Just so you’ll know he was there!

He especially likes to leave a penny on the threshold of a newlywed’s room. What a cool wedding present!

A penny from a ghost.

You might just see a ghost or two at Thayer's Historic Bed and Breakfast in Annandale, MN.

Other ghosts besides Gus and Caroline show up. “The girls”, dressed in their Victorian dresses, like to drop in. Friends of the Thayers and past customers visit regularly. So do the cats. Ghost cats are cool. Throw in a ghost mouse and everybody’s happy.

Choose your room according to the ghostly activity. And remember, if you want a ghost to visit, invite them nicely. That goes for the real cats, too. They won’t visit unless you ask them.

Besides staying the night in a haunted room, you can also get a Psychic Reading from the owner, join in an interactive Murder Mystery Dinner, or take part in a ghost hunt. All sorts of fun things to do at this haunted bed and breakfast.

Oh, yeah, and don’t forget to check out Caroline Thayer’s picture that hangs in the game room. See what her expression is today!
